Conditions

Check-in & Check-out

Your apartment is available from 16.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask to vacate the apartment by 10.00.
Late check-out is possible on request, subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance has to be settled 7 days before arrival by bank transfer.

Prices

All prices are based on the specified travel group, including selected pets and the chosen duration.
Final cleaning and all other services mentioned are included in the price.
The local tax of actually €2.90 (€3.40 from the 01.01.2026) per person (14 years and over) per night is charged separately.

Cancellation policy

Although there is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 29 to 7 days before arrival, a fee amounting to 30% of the total booking cost will be charged.
For cancellations made within 6 days before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 100% will be charged for the days booked but not used.
